No. We'd rather hear from you early. A 20-minute first conversation tells us more than a pre-approval letter does, and we can introduce you to a local lender we trust, if needed.
Selling with us
Yes, every one. We pull real comparable sales from the MLS, walk through them, and write up an honest range with notes on what would change the number. No algorithm, no auto-estimate. You'll usually get it within 24 hours of submitting the form.
About the valuation
Because those instant estimates are usually off. Online estimates can miss the real number by 10–30%. They don't know your kitchen was renovated last year, that the comp two doors down had a flood, or that your floor plan is the popular one. We do, and we tell you.
